We realize that although our intentions are always to please our customers, there will be cases that at times you will not be satisfied with the item you received. In such cases, we grant our customers the right to return their items within 14 business days after purchasing.
Items purchased on sale are not refundable. In cases that match the return requirements below, we will give a the customer a store credit for the amount they purchased the sale item for and the customer can keep the item.
You may return your items if they follow the requirements below:
1) DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR ORDER
- If the product is defective, broken, torn or unusable.
- Product received is different from the order. (size, color, model)
Customer has the right to receive a new product depending of the product availability. In the event that the product is out of stock, you will be refunded the total amount of the item when you purchased it.
In cases that the size you ordered is what was delivered, yet the item does not fit you, we are not liable and we will not grant the right to return the item. We will not refund the customer on the item. We may decide to offer you a store credit for your next purchase.
2) PRODUCT DOES NOT MATCH WHAT WAS ORDERED
- The selected size does not match the measurements given in the size chart of the item on our website.
- Patterns or colors are slightly different then what was shown in the picture on the site. Colors-we reserve the right not to refund if the color is darker or lighter than what you expected but is clearly the color that was selected. Different monitor screens show different shades of colors that we cannot control.
- Material not what was written in the product description.
In such events, we may offer you a 50% refund and for you to keep the item in order for you to avoid shipping costs and shipping delivery times that the customer is responsible for when returning and item.
3) CONDITIONS FOR A CHANGE OR RETURN:
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Refunds will be reflected on your credit card statement within the amount of business days that your credit card company require.
- Only the original payment method that was used to purchase the item on our site will be refunded.
- Refund or Changes will be executed once we receive the tracking number from the customer as a guarantee that the item has been sent back to us.
- Items that are damaged, dirty, altered, or not in their original boxes or bags will not be accepted for return.
